I fished Seth's Tuesday nighter on Conesus Lake last night with my dad. We didn't catch many fish, but the ones we did catch were pretty decent. The second fish in the boat was a real nice one, which ended up weighing 5.96 pounds at the scales. It felt real good on the end of my line, she faught like a big pike, but looked like a bass

We ended up taking 2nd out of the 31 boat field with 15.30 pounds, plus had lunker. First place had 15.38 and 3rd was 11 and change.

Oh yeah, how I caught it. I'd like to sit here and tell you I crossed her eyes with a jig in the thick weeds, or how she came up and exploded on topwater, or how she became wrapped up around dock pilings as she faught, or how she just hammered a spinnerbait in the shallows. But instead I sit here and tell you she hit one of those 5" pieces of familiar plastics we all know and love, in the scattered weeds in the open water Boring!! I think not!
